How to overcome challenges during ramadhan

.

The Ramadan is a holy month, during the time all Muslims and muslimahs are fasting. They’ll fasting from ‘athan subuh’ till ‘athan maghrib’. Fasting means holding our self from eat or drink, but as I concern it’s not a big deal to face hunger and thirst.
Unfortunately, that statement only valid if you lock yourself in a room without doing anything just sleeping. If you are an active human being like me it’ll definitely a challenge. As a method to overcome the challenge we need a good discipline ad a healthy body.
Furthermore, good discipline will maintain our motivation to keep on going by ignoring all the temptation. While fasting we must teach our self to be patience and tolerate toward everything. Good discipline will guide us away from involve in unbenefit activity.
A healthy body also very important to maintain our stamina through the day. When we sick, fasting is very hard and it will harm our body too. While fasting our body will lack of water, we need approximately eight glass of water to ensure our body cell can work properly.
That why during breaking fast we should drink enough water as a replacement. Moreover it’s advisable to eat sweet food such as dates or an appetizer before main course to maintain our sugar level for energy consumption.
Else if we want to gain more energy during the day we can take suitable supplement while ‘sahur’. Other method is we can take suitable amount of carbohydrate and glucose as reserve energy.

 Immediately right???
Then, the fun is about to growth. The next morning we rise at approximately 5.00 a.m in the morning for Subuh prayer. At 7.00 a.m we were ordered to gather in our group on the football field, after that we have been introduced to our facilitator.
A minute later we were assigned to introduce ourselves toward the group members and made our trademark. After the activities end we walked toward our rooms for bath and change. Unfortunately, that was our last timed using the toilet.
The problem occurred because of unavoidable technical breakdown at the main water tank. The remaining schedule was badly affected we were only going to do indoor activities such as speech, mind game, and we also had some fun through claps and songs but the others was bored.

Unfortunately, our room was sky-high on the third floor. We satisfied with the room condition. It was very comfortable enough, the toilet clean and in useful condition then for the view, it was stunning from our one and only gigantic window. The view was a small hill covered with green brush and shady tree.
After that in the afternoon the forth roommate logged in, he was a diploma student. In the evening when the four of us were in the room, we had a little chattering about ourselves and other stuff it was fun. During dinner we were supplies with ration, its jerk.
